Special Considerations Note that we only support Windows based computers at this time. We do not support Macs or Linux PC's. We also do not support server based systems. Also note that while we can diagnose hardware related issues we cannot physically replace any parts.
How it Works We provide remote online computer repair and support through a secure high speed connection. To connect with us an email will be sent to you that includes a very small download to initiate the session. Simply download the file to your desktop and run the file to start the session. Our remote services are fast, safe, and secure (using 128 bit encryption). Once you start the session you can either sit back and watch the technician fix your problem, or you can leave and let our technician get you back up and running while you do something else. Chat and phone contact will also be part of many sessions. |
