All you need to do is contact us to set up an appointment at your convenience. Our technician will get you set up and perform repairs while you sit back and watch. You can even leave after initiating the session and let our technician complete their tasks. You can regain control of your computer at any time you wish during the session. Sessions cannot be re-initiated by our technicians, only by you. If you can send and receive email, you can do this.
